The Course objectives
The purpose of this course is to understand the behavior
of human beings in general and “business organizations”
in particular
.How people behave in a” normal scenario” as they do in a
specific situation ,This question is difficult to answer as
humans are a very complex entity.
Behavioral” scientists and Psychologists” are continuously
engaged in research to ascertain the” nature of human
behavior” in order to strategize,& provide an environment to
improve the” effectiveness” and “efficiency” at workplace .
Managing Business Organizational mandates getting things
done by the people through other people ,in a “P to
P” environment which is difficult without deeper
understanding of “human behavior”.

Management is ”how businesses organize and

direct workflow, operations, and employees to
meet organizational goals”.
The primary goal of effective management is to
create an environment that lets employees work
efficiently and productively.

Basic “psychology” is an academic discipline ,which elaborates and
provides tools to help us gain insight into our own behavior, as well
as our relationships with others.,

to ascertain human behaviors and responses, as humans are a complex
entity ,and have different nature , knowing how people behave/ respond
in a situation ,helps /is cruciall, important & relevant to business growth.,
