    OBJECTIVES

    At the end of the lesson, the students are


    expected to:
    1. determine the 4M’s production;
    2. describe each of the 4M’s in relation to the
    business opportunity;
    Watch a video in baking a
    Chocolate Bundt Cake.
    Each group will determine the
    assigned M of production by
    answering the question below.
    Group 1: What are the ingredients in baking a Bundt
    cake? What M of production do ingredients belong?
    Group 2: What are the equipment used in baking a Bundt
    cake? What M of production does equipment belong?
    Group 3: What are the procedures in baking a Bundt
    cake? What M of production does procedures belong?
    Group 4: What do you call to the person who bakes
    cake? What M of production does the person who bakes
    cake belong?
    Does the equipment is important during
    production? Why?
    How about the method of production, is this
    important? Why?
    If your manpower in production do not know their
    job, would you have a good production?
    So, how are you going to choose your manpower
    for your production?
