Family is a group of people, usually of
the same blood, genuinely love, trust,
care about, and look out for each other.
However, family means having
someone to love you unconditionally in
spite of you and your shortcomings
FRIENDS
People having mutual feelings of
care, respect, admiration, concern,
and love. A friend is someone
whom you can turn to in times like
this. A true one offers his
shoulders to cry on.
TEACHER
Teaching mindfulness and relaxation
techniques can help students a lot with
managing exam stress. Teachers can
incorporate activities such as deep
breathing, visualization, and meditation
into their lessons. These techniques can
help reduce students' anxiety and
improve their overall well-being.
PASTORS
People who is are in charge of a religious
church or congregation. When you need
to overcome anxiety, stress, and loss,
more than ever, you need to turn to God.
The religious leaders can facilitate the
healing /recovery process through their
various ministry.

Directions: In a ¼ sheet of paper. Rank the 4 groups
who can provide support in stressful situation by
drawing a 4-step ladder. For step 1 as the best support
group and step 4 as the least support group. At the
back of your paper. Explain 1-2 sentences why you
ranked family as your number 1 support group and
friends as your rank 4.
