Summary of Strengths and Needs

Strength

 Jeremy is a goal-oriented person and has a fighting spirit during his training
session. At the same time, he is a jolly person, helpful to any such activities,
optimistic, dedicated, flexible, well-mannered, and has the courage and
determination to complete his task. Moreover, he is good at athletic sports.

Challenges

 Prior to what Jeremy did during his training, he badly needed intrinsic motivation
to arouse his interest when doing such drills given by the coach. That’s why the
coach needs to consistently reinforce any instructions that they are giving through
reiteration of verbal and/or visual demonstrations. This enables the athlete to
embed the instructions in their mind while simultaneously easing the strain on
their cognitive resources. Though, based on his training, he had a lack of patience,
was naughty, had an inability to delegate, and was restless sometimes.
 Furthermore, Jeremy is an athlete and eventually gets bored and lacks interest
every time there are drills given to him. That’s why I need to have an intervention
for him to arouse his interest every time he involved in physical activity and for
him to improve his running skill.
