Lesson Notes:
Table Tennis is a sport that is considered as the fastest ball game. This game doesn’t only develop the
aerobic capacity of an individual but also improves the reflexes that are good for our hand-and-eye
coordination. But before we develop our skills to the said sport, one must undergo some trainings to condition
his body. Hence, you are to perform set of exercises for this lesson.

ACTIVITY 1: TIME LAPSE


In this activity, you will make a time lapse video of yourself performing the set of exercises that will
be required below. Your video must include of your demonstration of exercises for 2 weeks. For the
first week, you will condition your body by performing the classic exercise. For the second week, you
will perform both arm and leg exercise.
Instructions:
1. Wear appropriate attire during the workout—jogging pants or leggings, shirt, and rubber
shoes. Note: Failure to follow the dress code means zero. This is to prevent you from
getting injuries.
2. Download the 7-minute workout application. In the application, you will see different set of
exercises, however, the set exercises that you will only perform are the following:

You will perform the classic exercise for 5 days of your week 1, while for arm and leg
exercises, you will perform it for 4 days in your second week. You will be the one to identify
in what day you will have your recovery or rest day.

3. The set of exercise above will be done for 7 minutes only. Before and after doing the
exercise, make sure to perform your dynamic warm up and cool down—this must be in the
video as well. Note: If your body could not perform vigorous activities, lessen the intensity
of this exercise to fit with your fitness level.
4. Your time lapse video must not be less than 7 minutes and must not exceed to 15 minutes.
You may add music to your video as well.
5. You will submit your video in the portal provided to you in the Schoology materials. If you
could not upload the video, you may upload it first in YouTube or Google Drive, and submit
the link in the portal.
6. The deadline of this task will be on March 6, 2021.

1. What are your observations in terms of your body’s adaptability before and after the two-week
exercise? Was your body able to adapt to the intensity of your exercise?

My observations in terms of my body’s adaptability before and after the two week exercise is that my body adopted easy it’s just need
more time to be comfortable because exercising suddenly my body will shock. No, my body wasn’t able to adapt to the intensity of my
exercise because I’m not used to it.

2. Did you encounter windedness during your workout? How are you going to deal if you
encounter windedness during sports activities? Explain your ways.

Yes, I encountered windedness during my workout. I deal the windedness during sports activities by calming first my self and sitting
beside until it calms down and I could work on with my proper breathing and I will drink small amount of water to get back being
hydrated.

3. Is it important that you perform those exercises in doing trainings for Table Tennis?
How? Explain your answer.

Performing those exercise in doing for Table Tennis is important, because we should be physically active on the game and training
so we could perform it actively and win the game. Also to be comfortable on the active reaction of our body and being active is like
being alert on the game or every day.
