1. As a Table Tennis sports manager or coach, how can the training plan improve the skills of your player?
Cite concrete examples and explain each (15 points).

As a table tennis sports manager or coach I can improve the skills of my player on training plan
by the example on the first week of the table the training is calm only because it is our first
training we need first to adopt the training style so that our body would not be that surprise and
will observe on the training and our movement and after two weeks we have like an overtime
since our body will be used by that time.
2. If you will become a coach, what are the skills that you will develop to improve the game of your player?
Explain each skill (15 points).

If I will become a coach, the skills that I will develop to improve the game of my players if that
having time management to do what is on time, adaptability to adapt their training on their
body, leadership and teamwork so they can lead in the game and teamwork with their partners.
So that someday they can use to other players to teach them the right skills to have to improve
their game, they should be consistent and have effort to their training so they will improve their
game also.
