INTRODUCTION

A student management system is the scientific method of keeping

records and data of students. It is the systematic arrangement of the
data provided by the students in institutes or organizations for the
future proposal. It records detailed information about the students.
The Student Management System provides full access of student to
the administration and an easy way to manage the information like
department, faculty, level, payment and academic achievement of a
student. And students can access information like payment they
made, academic achievement and the information related to their
faculty. This system includes admin, user, students whereas admin
have a lot of privilege and user have low and the students can only
see the information. This is really helpful to organizations to
manage their institutional levels faculty, teachers, admin etc.
OBJECTIVE
 To find the records of students based on their courses.
 To Find the teachers to pursue courses.
 To notify the tasks
Scopes & Limitation

Scope

Our goal is to create a atmosphere to find the records of students effectively and there should not be any problem to search any ones
name along with their courses in an effective manners. Another one is to give authorization to any person to whom admin likes to give
for examples if admin wants to give privilege to any person to become user, then he/she can do and if unauthorized users want to access
the system, then he won’t be able to access that system unless admin gives him/her permissions. Students can be able to see their
particular records without knowing others' records. And this abstraction is also the main goal of this system.

Limitations
Student management systems, like any other software, have their limitations. Here are some common limitations associated with
student management systems:
i. Limited Customization
ii. Scalability Issues
iii. Data Security Concern
iv. Integration challenges
v. Dependency on Technology
METHODOLOGY
To implement the project, we are going to use the waterfall model
(outcome of one phase acts as input for next phase). Our project's
description is stable. Since we have well known, clean and fixed
requirements therefore its best fits for the software development. This
model is simple, easy to comprehend and user friendly. Phases are
processed and finished one at a time in this model, and they do not
overlap. The waterfall model works well for smaller tasks with well-
defined sequences. The following illustration is a representation of
the different phases of the Waterfall Model

CONCLUSION
By offering a platform for students management system, the system seeks to provide benefits for both staffs of any institutions
while assuring efficiency and fairness. It enables administrators to decrease time in order to get records of students and manages it
also, This system will based upon the hierarchical access of the users also that means admins have their own privileges and user
have own and students will have their own so this will keep secure the system also. students can access their information like
payment they made, academic achievement and the information related to their faculty. This system includes admin, user, students
where as admin have a lot of privilege and user have low and the students can only see the information. This is really helpful to
organizations to manage their institutional levels faculty, teachers, admin etc. Student management systems significantly enhance
the efficiency and organization of educational institutions. SMS facilitates better communication between students. parents,
teachers and administrators. A well-designed student management system ensures the security and confidentiality of student data.
A robust student management system is a valuable tool for educational institutions seeking to enhance their operational efficiency,
communication, and decision making processes. It contributes to a positive learning environment, empowers students, and
supports administrators in providing a high-quality education. However, continuous evaluation and updates are essential to keep
the system aligned with the changing needs of the educational landscape. The system should be adaptable to evolving educational
requirements and scalable to accommodate the growth of the institution.
