positions.
4. Provide clear tasks and timeliness for
each person.

RESOLVING
CONFLICT
 WAYS TO FACE THE
CONFLICT
• AVOID: Running away from the situation,
denying and pretending it does not exist.
• BLAME: Blaming anybody else but
yourself for the situation
• ATTACK: Physically attacking with words
or violence, gossiping or taking revenge
• RESOLVE: discussing the issue and
involving a mediator when necessary.
 STEPS TO RESOLVE
CONFLICT
1. Wait until you calm.
2. Agree to talk
3. Understand the conflict.
4. Understand each other’s point of
view.
5. Think possible solutions.
6. Choose the best solution.
7. Create an Agreement.

 GROUP ACTIVITY
Mechanics:
Using 15 papers and tapes you have to create a
creative uniform of a waitress or a waiter.
Choose from your group whom you like to be a
model. but……….. In exchange of the materials
you have to provide 10 leaves of any plants for
15 papers and 5 black ball pen for the tapes .(1
minute)
Allotted time is 5 minutes.
Then present your work…
