RUBBER GLOVE AND MASK.
3. MAINTAIN 1 METER SOCIAL DISTANCE AT THE MAIN GATE DURING MySejahtera SCANNING.
4. DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORD, SANITIZE AND MySejahtera ATTENDANCE RECORD. MUST BE
KEPT FOR ATLEAST 3 MONTH AND SUBMIT COPY TO THE CLIENT.
5. TOOLBOX MEETING INCLUDING A NEW NORM SOP FOR PREVENTIVE COVID 19 SUCH AS SOCIAL
DISTANCE, SANITIZE, USING 3 LAYER FACE MASK ETC.
6. ALWAYS AWARE FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING 1 METER PER PERSON DURING WORKING TIME.
7. DISINFECTION AT SITE OFFICE, GUARD HOUSE AND WORKERS QUARTERS 3 TIMES PER DAY.
8. OFFICE MEETING NEED TO CONDUCT ONLINE.
9. PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION OF COVID 19 SIGNAGE AT THE SAFETY NOTICE BOARD
INCLUDING SAFETY INFO.
10. HOUSEKEEPING AND PROVIDE RUBBER GLOVE, SPECIAL DUSTBIN FOR USE MASK.
COVID-19 CONTROL AND PREVENTION FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKERS

Since our workers are stationed at rented house nearby the project site (herein called House
Centralized Workers Quarters, HCLQ), we will monitor and control their movement from time to
time.

National Recovery Plan SOP before the workers or visitor entering the project site as follows:

1. Provide a copy of RTK Antigen Test Report by MOH Approved Clinic or Hospital.

2. Workers or Visitors always need to scan the MySejahtera QR code, temperature and sanitizer
at the entrance, Safety Team will compile the documents and workers MySejahtera Daily
Check-In History and submit to Client for Record.

3. For control and prevention, Zhongxiang’s have implement to conduct the RTK Antigen
Testing on site through self-testing kit for the workers as a proactive measure to curb the
spread of Covid-19 amongst workers. The schedule of test for the workers are categories as
follow;

4. Construction Worker is required to inform his Superior for leaving the project site during
working hours such as grocery, emergency to consult doctor etc. Their movement need to
record down and post in project group chat.

5. Although we are in the National Recovery Plan, but the SOPs are still implement in the
project site. If workers do not comply, action will be taken against them. The penalties as
follow:

 Test cube record from the date of stop work until resume work has been tested and recorded, only pending sign from
RE/COW.
 Test cube for new norm operation is tester must send photo evidence of testing and send to the engineer.The result to be
pickup at their place.
 Rebar:
 Visual inspection for current rebar material on site will be inspected on 25/8/2021 with RE/COW. Rebar test to be done if
necessary.

 MACHINERY
 Cabin for operator has been sanitize before entering the cabin
 Mechanics has checked all the machineries and equipment and all in good condition

 TEST PILE

 MLT: MLT stone will start demobilise on 25/8/2021

 SLT: Sonic logging test will start testing on 25/8/2021

 PDA: Pile head preparation will start on 25/8/2021. Drop hammer calculation pending reply from consultant. Start
test at Tower B (5nos) while Tower C (11nos) after demobilisation of MLT stone finish.

 MOS Remedial Work for Existing Steel Sheet Pile Rev. 1 will be reply by consultant
 Subcontrator will start work on 25/8/2021

 SURVEY WORK
 Surveyor has traverse the TBM level and control point setting out on 24/8/2021. All control point and level
maintain as before and within tolerance +/-25mm.

system that our job scope including Bored pile work as stated below during approval.
