INTRODUCTION

 Automated technologies are not limited to repetitive tasks; they significantly

enhance workforce capabilities.
 Industries such as manufacturing and banking are adopting automation to
boost productivity, safety, profitability, and overall quality.
 This integration is poised to improve connectivity and reliability in a
competitive environment, shaping an optimistic future where resources are
easily accessible.
 In conventional pressing operations, manual steps are now replaced by
computer-controlled systems, improving productivity with features like
hydraulic power presses and CNC or NC feeders.

OBJECTIVES

 Smart metallo punzonatrice reduces manual

labour
 Placing the metal and punching the hole for the
metal is difficult while it done in manual method
 This problem statement was given by a worker
who working in “DINU TECHNOLOGY”.
 Smart metallo punzonatrice came to reduce the
work of the worker

“Arduino Based Smart Irrigation
System:
A Literature Review”
• This paper reviews the use of Arduino
in smart irrigation systems.
• The authors describe the various
components of a smart irrigation
system, including sensors, actuators,
and microcontrollers.
• The paper concludes with a discussion
of the future of smart irrigation
systems and the role that Arduino is
likely to play in their development.

EMPATHY
• the company we visited a company,
informed us that the following
problems
• there is a lot of manual problems
• another problem we recognized is
that there is a different machine for
different weights

DEFINE
• the problems we finilized are:
• there is a lot of manual problems
• there were cases where the
labourers faced leg pain due to
continues pressure applied to the
pedal
• each size requires a different
machine, making it complicated
when they have to work on multiple
sizes

IDEATE
• our idea is to fix several buttons that operates in
specific voltages for example: a button for 5,15,24
voltages each
• use C++ to program and control armatures for
different voltages
• we also plan to fix relay to switch between voltages
• aditionally we will add a hydraulic pin to operate the
pedal
• another advantage of this design is that we can
choose to operate it manually or switch to automatic
mode
