Plating and presentation refers to the arrangement of
food on the plate dressed with a sauce or topped with
garnishing. These simple touches make dishes visually
more appealing for dinner.
Plating is the art of serving dishes with the aim of strengthening
and improving the look of the dish for food connoisseurs. Below
are some basic things to know before developing your plating style:
