of the final proposed Work and Financial Plan 2024
 Reviewed newly submitted Inter-LGU Cooperation
Memorandum of Understanding and indorsed to
Governor’s Office for approval (12 notarized, 7 pending
notarization and 1 new integration)
 Attended the Quarterly UHC Monitoring and presented
the areas where technical assistance is needed by the
province of Cagayan (March 12, 2024)
 Attended the Conduct of Cascading the Special Health
Fund (SHF) Guidelines and took notes on the highlights of
the meeting (March 14-15, 2024)
 Participated in the drafting of the 1st Quarter Provincial
Health Board Agenda and cascaded it together with the
Notice of the Meeting and Minutes of the previous
Meeting
 Polished the Ordinance template given by the Central
Office for the needed Mode of Verification (MOV)in the

 Attended the invitation of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan to

discuss the Terms of Partnership for Universal Health Care
(UHC) Prize worth 450,000 (March 22, 2024)
 Attended and participated the Urgent Meeting with the
Provincial Finance Committee to craft the initial draft of SHF
Utilization (March 22, 2024)
 Attended and facilitated the 1st Quarter Provincial Health
Board Meeting (March 26, 2024) and presented the following
Agenda:

a. Approval of PHB Resolution Adopting the Manual on the

Implementation of the Referral System, Clinical Practice
Guidelines and Other Case Management Protocols in the Province
of Cagayan; Quarterly UHC Monitoring (SD1 KRA 2.2)
b. An Ordinance Institutionalizing the Establishment and
Operationalization of the Province-Wide Health System, Including
Its Management Support Systems, and Appropriating Funds
thereof; and (LG1 KRA 3.1a)
c. Adoption of Provincial Ordinance No.__ by Municipal
Ordinance: Institutionalizing the Establishment and
 KRAS TO BE ACHIEVED
