ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Throughout the internship period, I had the privilege of working within a dynamic team,
where I actively participated in enhancing the company's inventory management
practices. My role involved overseeing the inventory lifecycle, from procurement to
production, ensuring the seamless flow of materials essential for the manufacturing of
high-quality Products.
 Implementing industry-specific software, my contributions aimed at maintaining precise
records and minimizing discrepancies in stock levels.
OBJECTIVES

 Apply theoretical knowledge in B.com (hons) to practical scenarios within the


manufacturing industry.
 Enhance adaptability, problem-solving, and teamwork skills in a real-world
manufacturing setting.
 Gain hands-on experience in inventory management, focusing on maintaining accurate
stock records, implementing efficient procurement strategies, and optimizing inventory
processes.

 Applied theoretical knowledge acquired during academic studies to real-world scenarios


in the window and door manufacturing industry.
 Utilized industry-specific software for inventory management, gaining proficiency in
tracking, monitoring, and optimizing stock levels.
 Developed a comprehensive understanding of how inventory management interfaces with
the broader manufacturing processes
 Problem-Solving in a Fast-Paced Environment
 Gained insights into effective supplier relationship management, negotiating terms, and
ensuring timely deliveries to support production schedules.
OBSERVATIONS

 Supply Chain Dynamics:


• Understanding the dynamics of the supply chain, including supplier relationship and the
impact of external factors on the transportation of the product.
 Technology Integration:
• Observing the integration of technology, such as inventory management software like
Microsoft Excel in the inventory management.
 Quality Control Measures:
• Noticing the importance of quality control measures within inventory management to
ensure that materials meet the required standards of production.
