CAMERA
HISTORY
"In 1975, Steven Sasson, an engineer at
Eastman Kodak, invented the first digital
camera prototype. Weighing 3.62873896 Kg,
it captured low-resolution black-and-white
images onto a cassette tape. This
groundbreaking invention marked the
beginning of the digital imaging revolution."
TECHNOLOGICAL
ADVANCEMENTS
Sensor Technology:
•Cameras use a special part called a sensor to capture images. Early sensors were
expensive and didn't capture very clear pictures. But newer sensors are cheaper and
can capture much clearer, detailed images.
Autofocus Systems:
•Autofocus helps cameras focus quickly on objects so they appear sharp in pictures.
Newer cameras have better autofocus systems that work faster and more accurately,
especially for capturing moving things like people or animals.
Image Stabilization:
•Sometimes our hands shake a little when we take pictures, which can make photos
blurry. Image stabilization helps reduce this blur, making pictures clearer and sharper.
Cameras can do this either by moving the lens or the sensor to counteract the shaking.
