‘TURON CHEESE’
Planning
• As requirement for finals of our subject EPP under Ms. Jane Yangco, she
divided our class into 8 because we are 40 in all. We have to create a
temporary business where we sell products depending with our choices
and suggestions to be sold at CIT on March 28, 2023. Our instructor gave
us time to have a little talk with group mates about what we are going to
create. Initially, Carpio proposed the Turon, and some of the members
suggested the pancake, but in the end, the Turon was chosen by the
majority. We have contributed 50 pesos each member as capital and
agreed to sell 'TORON' (with banana and cheese).

Realization
Having this kind of activity really test our self to think what is the best way to sell our
products in the school. So we come up to the strategy of presenting our product to the students and
explaining what is in our product and discussed the price after. By twenty minutes, we were done
selling our turon cheese in just one classroom. We sell 63 pieces turon cheese in just 20 minutes. We
realize that if you enter the world of business you should start with the small capital, because
business doesn’t define on your high commission, it is the product itself on how your customer like it
or not. Also we believe that teamwork really makes the dream work. Thank you.
