The working environment was also unfavorable due to inadequate lighting, ventilation, and a humid atmosphere,
leading to low job satisfaction and decreased productivity among the employees. Fariduddin sustained a severe leg

SOLUTIONS
The company must follow labor hour regulations, with a maximum of 40 hours per week for workers. Overtime pay is required for
extra hours worked.
The company should prioritize the well-being of its workers by addressing their basic needs, such as providing clean working
environments, sufficient lighting, good ventilation, canteen, and transportation facilities.
Women workers should have separate washrooms and restrooms, along with their own canteen facilities.
Safety equipment should be provided for workers handling risky tasks, along with proper training to reduce the risk of accidents or
injuries.
Workers injured in accidents should receive adequate compensation to help them through difficult times and ensure their well-being.
