Verb of sensation
S + (can) + See, hear, smell + O + V-ing.
• Use “see, hear, smell” to talk about the sights, smell
and sound that we notice. We usually use “can" with
these verbs of sensation.
eg: We can see the birds flying

“look like + noun”
• To say that a thing or a person is similar to another
thing or a person, we use a verb of sensation + noun
