    Week 5 was one of those weeks where you have see it to believe it. In reading, we worked on summarizing by reading our novels and broadcasting our first podcasts. In grammar, we continued sentence combining by focusing on subordinating conjunctions. In writing,

    we used GoAnimate to create cartoons. The cartoons had to express their opinions on Tennessee. In science, we finished up standard 2 by working on our online science wikis. In history, we created whiteboard lessons on the Reconstruction Amendments.

    It makes the top 3, FREE DAY! was great to see the students at the Fun Run on Tuesday. On Thursday, we received a package from England so we are starting our mascot exchange this weekend.
