Individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining documentation standards for all designed parts and show related inventory. Oversee and manager assigned personnel in the execution of all related documentation policies and procedures. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal, communications, problem solving, organizational and analytical aptitude. Excellent Organizational skills, self-motivated individual who can work independently. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations. 3D design , Inventor, Solid works a plus Bill of Material and part number systems experience Epicor experience a plus Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Track and monitor flow of all documents from inception to final distribution Lead efforts to create, document, maintain and manage standards and procedures Provide quality assurance checks for all documents Control Inventory and Asset creation set-up in Epicor Create marketing and internal spec sheets on Assets and Inventory Participate in evaluation groups for retention of Inventory and Assets Education and Experience: Requires a Bachelors Degree Five Years of mechanical design/drafting/detailing experience Data management system administration experience A strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Products. Electrical Engineer

We are a dynamic employer with an opportunity available for an Electrical and Controls Designer. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Provide design services for Tait/FTSI automated electrical systems. Maintain engineering standards and practices Interface and coordinate with all departments throughout the design/ build phases. Maintain design processes, documentation and drafting standards Bill of Material and part number systems experience Epicor experience a plus Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Verification of client specifications in order to meet or exceed client specifications. Manage manufacturing and purchasing databases throughout the design process. Perform electrical design, engineering, documentation, and drafting/modeling duties for each of the following: revisions to existing stock products, production of new equipment, design of test fixtures, and facility interface designs to accommodate equipment. Perform calculations to provide engineering analyses of electrical loads and requirements as it pertains to electrical design. Perform optimization and value engineering reviews of both existing and new equipment for improvements in manufacturing cost and efficacy. Prepare bills of materials for finished electrical assemblies and assist in the procurement of outside vendor parts and services. Create physical testing criteria of equipment and coordinate expected and actual results analyses with fabrication and testing personnel. Assist in the creation of finished electrical assembly and fabrication drawings, O&M manuals and final client submittal packages. Research and specify components from industry manufacturers for electrical designs. Provide data for the creation of project quotations, budgets and final cost analyses. Continue to expand our application of emerging technologies for the purpose of designing and producing leading edge controls technology. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and must have strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating systems. Must be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised and be able to multi-task and prioritize work. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team with engineering and technical staff, work within deadlines and adjust personal schedule as required and the ability to create and maintain a positive relationship with departments and clients are all important. Perform calculations to provide engineering analysis of mechanical loads and requirements. Write and submit detailed and accurate reports on completed projects in a timely manner in accordance with company guidelines. Will communicates with customers to provide timelines and project update on a consistent basis. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule during times of peak of business demand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Organize written material according to Company standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and mock-ups in order to integrate technology, operating procedure and production. Interact with various departments, including but not limited to production and engineering personnel, in order to become familiar with product technologies and production methods. Review existing materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format or content as needed. Ability to understand and articulate the companys technical requirements and translate their requirements into technical documentation.
