Hes struck out 11 Keys this year and makes his first start at Harry Grove Stadium tonight. ON THE OFFENSIVE: Fredericks offense has found its rhythm again over the last five games. Despite going just 2-3 in their last five contests, the Keys have scored 42 runs and slugged 11 home runs. Michael Ohlman and Jerome Pena have been the hottest of Keys, Ohlman hitting three homers and driving in five runs while batting .474 and Pena batting .526, scoring seven runs and driving in six. BACK FROM SAN JOSE: Seven Pelicans and Keys traveled to San Jose for the California-Carolina League All-Star Game on Tuesday, which Carolina won 12-2. Pelicans ace Luke Jackson started the game and threw a scoreless first inning and Keys left-hander Eduardo Rodriguez tossed a scoreless second. Myrtle Beachs Alec Asher and Nick Martinez both pitched an inning as well, Asher allowing a run on two hits. Pelicans second baseman Rougned Odor started at second and shortstop Luis Sardinas entered the game in the fifth inning and drove in a pair of runs. Keys catcher Zane Chavez was in uniform, but did not play due to an oblique injury.
