Yiqal Lelah: Casa Bella Homes: Coronado Assets: Sapphire Road Holdings and Development; Yigal Lelah is a resident of the City of Dallas and has been in real estate development and construction for over -15years. Through his development and construction companies Mr. Lelah has built over several hundred houses ranging in price from over $7,000,000.00 for the most discerning Dallas residents to his current affordable housing company Cas a Bella Homes. Yigal Lelah has worked with the City of Dallas Housing Department to bring affordable housing to Southern Dallas, and is familiar with the requirements of such partnerships.
