It gives me great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for David Lor. I have had the
privilege of working with David for the past four years in both an academic and community
service environment as the Merced High School Leo Club Advisor.
During this time, David has demonstrated the highest level of commitment to the principles of
the sponsoring Lions Clubs mission of we serve. He has participated in virtually all of the club
events. For the past two years he has served as the Merced High School Leo Clubs President,
an important position that requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
David has excellent leadership skills and works well within a group environment. He contributes
purposeful concepts and ideas and allows for open discussion from team members before
making group decisions.
Most notable among the many exemplary personal traits demonstrated by David is his strong
work ethic. He is consistently the first to begin a work project and the last to leave upon its
completion. Additionally, his loyalty to others and to a cause is unwavering. He honors every
commitment he makes.
