OnDecember2at8:15p.m.,NRPchargedKoryAustinKamp,20   ofLonaconing,Md.,withpossessionofanantlerlessdeerduring   closedseason.OfficersrespondedtotheareaofAviltonRoadto   investigateareportofillegalhunting.Atthescene,theofficers   followedATVtracksinthesnowto295LouvinaRoadand   observedKampinthegaragewithanantlerlessdeer.Antlerless   deerarenotallowedtobeharvestedinGarrett,Alleganyand    WashingtonCountiesonprivatelandsbetweenNovember27and   December9.Theillegalantlerlessdeerwasdonatedtoaneedy   family.  OnDecember7,NRPservedTylerRayCosner,19ofOakland,Md.,   withacriminalsummonsforpossessionofmarijuana,possession   ofparaphernaliaandtrespassonprivateproperty.Thesummons    wasaresultofaninvestigationintotrespassingonpropertyof    WispResort,whereCosnerreturnedafterbeingaskedtoleave.  Duringtheinvestigation,NRPofficersfoundasmallmetalpipe    withsuspectedmarijuana.
