Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate all program activities and overall program operations in NAGAAD and the
network members

• Responsible and person in charge of the networks project proposals review committee

• Develop capacity building training plans and activities for network members in a timely
manner

• Supervise the program and network member’s staff and ensure that the performance of
staff are up to standard

• Ensure that donor and membership reports are compiled and submitted to the network
coordinator on time

• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual program progress reports in time to
the executive director

• Carry out any other assignments given by the Executive Director

• Represent the Network in inter-agencies and sectoral meetings as well as coordinate


with other NGOs, INGOs, UNOs and relevant government departments
