Rules
1.
All staff/employee must reach the work place by 7.00am sharp according to the punch card machine during working days.
2.
Allowance will be forfeited if staff/employee is late more than 4 times in a month. (i.e.: Late total 5 times in a month, no allowance)
3.
Absent without notice/not according to off day from timetable, (i.e.: did not contact/call & inform supervisor/ madam) 3days salary will be deduct.
4. Any exchange of day off must consult with madam before changing.

6. All staff/employee are not allowed to take away any food/utensil/drinks/items that belongs to the company, unless is approved.
7.
All staff/employee must strictly follow working procedure. (For example: time to send food to patient, cut off time and etc)
8. All staff must make sure work is done and prepared for tomorrow morning operation before going back.
Example: (Pantry staff- breakfast for patient is set up according to available forms. Kitchen staff- makes sure to wash the work place and food store properly before going back. Washier- make sure all utensil to be used tomorrow early morning is all washed up.)
Dua hari notis terlebih dahulu untuk memohon cuti, tertakluk kepada syarat.
6. Semua kakitangan / pekerja tidak dibenarkan untuk mengambil sebarang makanan /perkakas / minuman / barangan yang dimiliki oleh syarikat, melainkan jika diluluskan. 7. Semua kakitangan / pekerja tegas mesti mengikut prosedur kerja. (Sebagai contoh:masa untuk menghantar makanan kepada pesakit, cut off time dan lainlain) 8. Semua kakitangan perlu memastikan kerja dibuat dan bersedia untuk operasi pagi esok sebelum balik. Contoh:
(Pantry staff- sarapan pagi untuk pesakit yang disediakan mengikut borang yang sedia ada. Kitchen staff-memastikan tempat kerja dibasuh dan menyimpan makanan yang tidak digunakan sebelum pergi balik. Washier-memastikansemua perkakas yang akan digunakan esok awal pagi semua dibasuh. )
