Facilities Manager MJ Mapp Ltd Associate Director Varies according to site see Site Specific Instructions The Facilities Manager functions as the professional who supports the management of service delivery in their assigned buildings. Additionally the Facilities Manager is responsible for representing MJ Mapp in the local and regional business and real estate community in order to promote MJ Mapps reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants, clients and the Client. A high level of integrity and professionalism must be demonstrated and maintained at all times. To manage buildings within the assigned portfolio To assist the Senior Management Team in meeting the operational requirements of the FM Team To provide highest level of service standards to client and building tenants To monitor contractor/supplier performance, reporting to Contractor Relationship Manager as required Draft and monitor service charge budgets Understand expenditure allocation and ensure invoices are correctly apportioned to each property Manage reports from the Service desk and report on its results Regular tenant/occupier liaison Organise and attend tenant forum meetings Monitor all on site staff and address issues as required Health and safety management To ensure the FM operating standards and policies are adhered to Ensure that the day to day running of buildings within the portfolio is addressed Monitor contractor/supplier performance Report any issues that may affect the client/tenant/the service of the property Ensure regular property inspections are carried out and recorded Health and safety management ensuring all requirements/legislation is met and advising client and occupiers as appropriate Client and occupier liaison maintain relationship with client and occupiers on regular basis Monitor on site staff, to ensure service standards are maintained Regular meetings with and liaison with line manager (Associate Director)
