    Joint CPC Inspection With reference to the above matter thats has been carried out on 13-15.7.2011, you are agreed to rectify on commented items before 30.7.2011. Unlikely there were still outstanding items thats found during our 2nd inspection with yours reps. which include generally on major items as follows :

    PABX system outstanding on functioning test. IT system outstanding on functioning test Labelling on equipments and light poles outstanding on installation. Missing items for sound reinforcement system for Mess Pegawai and Dewan Serbaguna (Komplek Sukan) outstanding on replacement.

    . Therefore prompt action need to be taken as to rectify the matter and other outstanding commented items as stipulated during Joint CPC Inspection with PBLTs.
