    1. In order to mitigate the inconvenience caused to the parents due to long wait in the queue, the Board of Management, Chinmaya Vidyalayas, Chennai is pleased to inform the parents that LKG applications will only be available ON-LINE. 2. The Parent can print the Application, IF the child is born between Dec 11, 2008 and Dec 10, 2009. 3. Filling of applications ON-LINE will be open from 00:00 hrs Nov 21st, 2012 and close at 24:00 hrs Nov 22nd, 2012 [Closing Time Extended] 4. All the details have to be filled in ON-LINE only. After filling in all the particulars, you will receive an EMAIL in 3-4hrs of filling out the form, with the URL, which when clicked will open the form and Printout can be taken. Please check your SPAM folder,if you didn't receive it in your INBOX. 5. The printed application will have the serial number automatically printed with prefix viz CVA , CVV or CVK representing Anna Nagar, Virugambakkam, and Kilpauk branches respectively. . 6. Kindly ensure that all the details have been filled in correctly without any mistake. 7. The printout of the filled in application duly signed by the parents, has to be submitted in person to the respective school offices on November 23, 24th 2012 between 09.00 am and 1.00 pm accompanied by Community certificate,Birth certificate and address proof (only Ration Card) or else application will be rejected. 8. Requests for Application form in person at the School premises may please be avoided. 9. Parents desirous of applying in more than one branch have to go in for separate application for each vidyalaya and the same has to be submitted, separately to the respective schools. 10.Parents applying for admission under RTE (25% reservation) may indicate the same while filling the application.Parents may ensure that 'RTE' appears in the application number on the top right of the form.Application form shall be accompanied with Income certificate,Proof of Residence and Community Certificate.Selection shall be subject to Random Procedure as prescribed by the Competent authority. 11.Parents do not need to Upload scanned copy of the Birth and Community certificate.
