The Forestville EC is the last EC property listing in Singapore for 2012.

In this session, buyers marquee the sales enquires and discussions. The submission of E-applications will begin on 21 December. When e-applications are proposed, the flats are open for 6 days for public view. Applicants who have applied successfully receive a ballot counterfoil and should deposit it into a secured ballot box. Between 26 December to 27 December, a price list will be published with the price of each flat mentioned. The Forestville committee will publish the list at least 2 days before the booking day. The Ballot Procedure On 28 December, the priority sales session will begin at 9 am and end at 10 am. HDB balloting will select five percent pre-selected units, which will be made available for sale. The unsold units will form the new total number of units available for the next ballot. There will be separate ballot withdrawals for first timer applicants and second timer applicants on the same day. Then the process of allotting of plots will continue and at the end (on 27 January 2013), the countdown of the final 1st time privileged applicants will start. On 29 January 2013, sales of New EC in woodlands will be over.
