    November,16 2012 Dear Gingerbread Exchange Class. We are a 2nd grade class at Miguel de Cervantes Primary School in Tenerife,Canary Islands SPAIN. We have twenty-one children in our class. Eleven are girls and ten are boys. We have been doing lots of fun Gingerbread things this week. First we have saw different pedagogic resources in internet about "Gingerbread Man Exchange" .Second, we have painted 32 gingerbread men and finally we have published in our web page this activity .Ok? The Canary Islands are seven islands in Atlantic Ocean near the African Continent,the origin is volcanic. Every year, we receive more than ten million tourists. We live in Tenerife Island,our school have 200 students in El Tanque,small town, north Tenerife. In Canary Islands, principally we cultivate: bananas, grapes and potatoes. Ahhh,dont forget our great volcano called Teide,dont you? .but dont worry, the volcano is sleeping,I think. :-) Thanks for your attetion and I hope you enjoy this letter. Good luck !
