SUPERVISOR & SOFTWARE SERVICE RATES AND TERMS / YEAR 2012

IMPORTANT NOTE: The following service rates and terms apply only to supervisor services and software specialist help, carried out in the UAE only. Base shall be our Abu Dhabi or Sharjah office. Client to be advised on the base location of the engineer at the time of the order. 1. SERVICES:

1.1 Supervisors: Includes supervision of installation, start-up, trouble shooting, modification, operations, and maintenance on refrigeration equipment. 1.2 Software specialists: Includes start-up, commissioning, trouble shooting, covering PLC operations, SCADA networks and various links to higher management systems. (DH+, Profibus) 2. CHARGES :

Rates Supervisor / Software specialist RATES Hourly rate between 06.00 and 18.00 per day (SatThu). Hourly rate between 18.00 and 06.00 per day (SatThu). Hourly rate on Fridays and holidays. 2.1 Traveling and living expenses. In addition to the above-mentioned rates the following charges will be added: 3. Transportation by vehicle: AED 1.80 / km. All foregoing rates apply from the date of departure from Base until return. GENERAL TERMS:

3.1 Supervisor service provides no specialized equipment. Where specialized monitoring or measuring instruments may be required, per-arrangements must be made with ADEAREST Service Department. The Software Specialists are equipped with necessary interconnecting material, adaptors and licensed software. 3.2 Time/expense reports showing hours worked, days of assignment, Traveling time or standby time and materials used will be presented for purchasers signature. Receipts will be furnished only for air travel, lodging and car rental. 3.3 All service prices or terms are subject to change and any such change will be applicable and effective for the period in which the service is performed. 4. INVOICING AND PAYMENT:

4.1 Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment is in AED, 100% pre-paid before execution of works.
