    CASE STUDY

    REASON OF THIS CASE


    1. Utilized improper tool 2. Not using face shield for PPE 3. Mechanic has been warned, but he ignored it. 4. Mechanics not cooperate with an employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty, under the Act or Regulations.

    METHOD TO SOLVE PROBLEM


    1. Wear PPE (protective protection equipment) according to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act 1994 i.e face shield 2. Establishing a safety and health committee at workplace 3. Employer should provide the qualified occupational health care professional which can assist the employees is achieving a save and healthful work environment.
