The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institutes High School Latino Leaders in D.C. program provides Latino high school students the opportunity to spend a week in Washington, D.C., exploring the city and the role it plays in our nations past, present, and future. In order to apply, students from the DC area must: Currently reside in the District of Columbia; Montgomery or Prince Georges Counties in Maryland; or Alexandria City or Arlington and Fairfax Counties in Virginia

Additional Eligibility Requirements: Be a current 9th, 10th, or 11th grade student Demonstrate interest in learning more about civic engagement
