    Sub:- Issue of Confirmation orders on completion of probation period-Reg. With reference to the above subject matter, some of the JAOs, who were appointed under DR quota in March-2005 and were appointed in BSNL under DR quota. These JAOs had worked in Department of Posts and resigned from that Deptt. of Posts before joining in BSNL as JAO. Confirmation has not been issued to 240 JAOs(External) who joined BSNL after technical resignation from other Departments on 14.02.2005. the management quoting one or two petty cases for non-issuance of confirmation. Even after lapse of nearly seven years of service, their confirmation orders have not yet been issued so far. Administration is also not showing any interest in this matter.
