MANAGEMENT 470 Presentation Guidelines

Teams will be seated at the front of the classroom. There is no specific dress requirement. AudioVisual aids are not required but may be used. The presentation should be no more than 20 minutes and allow 5 additional minutes for questions. Each team member should briefly comment on questions 1 and 2. For questions 3, 4 and 5, a team spokesperson should respond on behalf of the team. If the team is divided, note the points of difference. A different team member should serve as spokesperson for questions 3, 4, and 5. 1.Each team member should give their impression of the film. What was the most significant aspect of the film? What did you learn, if anything, about leadership in business from the film? 2.Each team member should reflect on the scene or character which made the greatest impression (in terms of leadership, followership or situation)? 3.What choices, if any, did the CEO and senior management have to the course of action chosen in the film?

4.What would the team have done if they were confronted with the same situation?

5.Comment on whether the actions were: a.Immoral? b.Unethical c. Unavoidable? d.Effective Leadership? e.Incompetent Leadership?
