Alfredo sauce

Yield: 6 servings Ingredients: 6 tbsp. butter 6 tbsp. flour 3 cups milk 1 cups parmesan cheese 2 cloves minced garlic Procedure: 1. Melt butter in a large saucepan. 2. Stir in flour and heat until bubbly. 3. Slowly stir in milk, parmesan and garlic. 4. Heat, stirring constantly for 5-10 minutes until thickened. 5. Serve over pasta
