The Beginning!

It all started with one man. And his dream. That dream was to bring people joy by making the most delicious chocolate they had ever tasted. So he started making chocolate, and soon found a unique ingredient to make a unique chocolate: Joy. The more fun he had making it, the better it tasted. And so Joyville was born. He discovered a place where, to this day, joy creates chocolate and chocolate creates joy and it is in every bar of Cadbury Dairy Milk we make.

At this point, Tall Pauls were given jobs at Joyville. They were the guys who watched over everything, making sure the chocolate was perfect. You had to be tall to be a Tall Paul but you didn't have to be named Paul. In fact, Albert Betterview was our first ever Tall Paul. He was taller than 208 Cadbury Dairy Milk milk chocolate chunks!
