Opening a Student Record

These directions are intended for opening a student record from within a teachers home page. On the Teachers home page, a teacher can see lists of their students in a variety of ways depending upon the needs at the moment. List of ALL students taught regardless of subject or homeroom Separate list of students by homeroom for attendance purposes

Separate list of students by subject.

Opening a Student Record From the home page, under Search, click Student. Click the My Students link that appears in blue.

Click the student name that appears in blue. This opens the student record to the Demographic tab. From the Demographic tab, you can access student information such as address and phone number.

Opening an Individual Student From the home page, under Search, click Student. Search for the student whose information you wish to view by typing his or her name in the Student name or ID field. Select the student from the list by clicking his/her name. The Demographics page will open.

Opening a Specific Class From the My Classes page, click on the roster icon for view. the class you wish to

A list of the students in the selected class will open. Click on the name of the student whose information you wish to view. The Demographics page will open.

Accessing Information On the Demographic page of a student, you can access student specific information by clicking on the tabs that run across the top of the page.

While on the Demographic page of a student, you can access other student specific information: Click on the Contact link to access information on the students contacts. Click on the Attendance link to access attendance information.
