Winder-Barrow Middle School Bands

Dear Parents and Students,

Greetings! It is with great pride and honor that I say, “Welcome” to the band program of
Winder-Barrow Middle School. I am very excited about taking over the leadership of one
of Georgia’s long established band programs. I have spent many days over the summer
preparing for the 2009-2010 school year. I have some exciting and new materials that I
can’t wait to share with you all.

Today you are receiving a packet of forms concerning the WBMS Band program for the
2009-2010 school year.

2. Band Handbook Acknowledgement Form
3. Student Information Sheet
4. Payment sheet for Band Fees

The sheets in this packet need to be signed, filled out and returned within one week of
being passed out. Please return your packet by_____________. Please do not detach
the forms in this packet! Having everything together makes it easier for record-keeping
purposes. You should include one check made payable to WBMS Band for all items that
apply to you when you return this packet. If you need to make some type of payment
arrangements, please email me to arrange that- but go ahead and return your forms by the
date listed above.
