Feedback Coming to Vizrt from Online is a great thing, I learnt Assembly :) Training was very high level; we were not able to work in core level due to proper domain knowledge. We are underutilized we need proper managerial help to be utilized. Onsite work will boost our performance. I strongly Happy with my current work, but I am java fan I have a dream to be a java expert but I am also happy with C++. For next release I shall be working in GWT which is great I will stay next 2 years in Vizrt then I shall parsue PHD in Nepal. 1. Knowledge sharing session is a must. Knowledge sharing session should be enforced. Monday 8.30 to 9.30. 2. Global presentation of what we have done-- we should plan for this.*. 3. Pairing should be done with Saikat and Suvashis. 4. What I have learn today post it in Yammer VME DHK group. 5. Every person should carry mobile when not in office during office time. Yes, sometimes Mr. X becomes very unfriendly. I am having trouble with terrible noise in the office and sometimes I wan't to talk with my manage freely but I am afraid to d
