Set induction:Teacher asks pupils to move one arm up and down like the elephants trunk. Step 1: Use pop-up cards to introduce the letter and the sound e. Pupils say the sound and the words together. Step 2: Get pupils to crush the eggs shell while pronouncing the sound /e/. Use some of the shells and glue them on the letter e and E. Step 3: Ask pupils to make a special card from the collage. Encourage pupils to draw suitable picture. Step 4: Pupils present their work in front of the class.
