a) Phase 1 Project Completion Time must not exceed 240 calendar
days from date of award
b) Phase 2 Project Completion Time must not exceed 390 calendar
days from date of award

Based upon the expected award date is by 29 February 2008, the Project
Completion Time shall be:

d) PHASE 2 Project Completion Time 31 March 2009

wor ks at WORK SI TEs on dai l y basi s. The CONTRACTOR shal l br i ng al ong
t hei r saf et y pol i cy, expl ai ns i t t o t he WORK SI TE Super vi sor s and t hei r
wor ker s.

c) Unsafe Act Auditing (UAA). UAA shal l be conduct ed j oi nt l y by t he
CONTRACTOR & COMPANY at r egul ar basi s f or i dent i f i cat i on of unsaf e act s
and condi t i ons. CONTRACTOR shal l be r esponsi bl e t o er adi cat e al l unsaf e
act s and condi t i ons i mmedi at el y upon i dent i f i cat i on.

d) Incident Reporting. Al l I nci dent s and Near Mi sses, whet her maj or or mi nor
ar e t o be r epor t ed t o t he COMPANY. I nci dent r epor t i ng shal l be par t of t he
Pr oj ect KPI s.
