As a team player, I am able to work co-operatively with others. Listening to others is just as important as speaking. I have worked with several committees during my experiences in the education field. I take pride in being able to accept professional criticism and make the necessary changes. I also have the ability to hold conferences with parents and expressing concerns without making the parent feel overwhelmed.
