Classroom notes:
This week we said goodbye to our unit on our five senses. The students were very excited on Tuesday after we made a web of the four seasons. We thought of ideas we could do in the classroom to role play each of the seasons. On Thursday when they came back to school we had several new zones to explore. Winter is now an ice skating rink with a skate rental shop attached. Spring is the news room where we can go to get the weather report. Summer is a swimming pool/beach. We have filled our sensory table with fresh water daily. Fall is a campsite. The students began these new roles on Thursday. We also made turkeys to decorate your Thanksgiving tables which we will send home next week.

Items of the Week:

Letter: Queenie Quenn (Q) Number: 4 Color: Green Shape: Star

Religion:
This week we continued to talk about the meaning of Thanksgiving. We read Thanksgiving is for Giving Thanks and then the students each shared two things they were thankful for. We wrote these things on leaves and put them up on our bulletin board. It was great at the end to see all the things we can thank God for. Leaves will go home on
