August 17th – 21nd, 2009

Monday, August 17, 2009:

• Write modified first day schedule on your board. Review with your first
students and remind all others throughout the morning.
• LUNCHES – refer to the assigned table diagram. Walk your students to the
Cafeteria and seat them at their tables. ALL LUNCHES WILL START
10 MINUTES EARLY. We will review lunch room procedures during the
first 10 minutes. BE ON TIME! See details for first day lunch.

Tuesday, August 18, 2009:

• Regular Schedule. Possible fire drillafter lunch. Please review and know
where your class is to go. Bring your red/green emergency procedures book.

Wednesday, August 19, 2009:

• Grade Level Assemblies – (see attached schedule)
• Teachers will walk their students (lined up single file) to the cafeteria and sit
at their assigned table.
• Administrators, counselors, resource officer, social worker and grade level
team leaders will speak to the students regarding expectations.

Thursday, August 20, 2009:

• Regular schedule. Possible fire drill. Bring your red/green emergency
procedures book.

Friday, August 21, 2009:

• Regular schedule.
