Conduct activity to enhance e isting agent footfall to generate fresh referral for ne! agent hiring "ollo! agent # pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms Agent Development "ield demonstration $"%D&s' Development of agent prospecting habits( calling habits and !or) habits. *or) !ith agent on planning and revie!ing of activities and goals. +dentify the training needs of the agent and !or) !ith ,rainers to improve the same Meet Business Targets Achievement of monthly( -uarterly & yearly business plans. +mprove agent productivity & persistency by regular PRP/++D/.+D etc/ 0nsure companies product mi sales ration and adhere to the business norms. Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan Customer Centricity Be Company brand ambassador & a customer champion "ollo!
