In relation to your inquiry: Contractor who can excavate, stockpile, and transport river sand onto barges, located at Address, we are presenting to you the below data, stating the amount that we will be using in case we will have the agreement: Equipments (Backhoe, Pay loader, Dump Trucks, Diesel) Mobilization & Demobilization OVER-ALL TOTAL = Php 0,000,000.00 = Php 000,000.00 = Php 0,000,000.00

    Details regarding Equipments: a. The amount mentioned for the equipments is on a dry-rate basis (monthly rate, minimum of 200 hours) that we need to pay in advance. b. The equipments can guarantee a daily load rate of 00,000 MT of river sand onto barges provided by your company. Backhoes and Pay loaders are all xxxxx brand. In case you wish to provide the needed equipments (as per our quantity and quality requirements on contract signing), it is definitely ok with us. c. Dump Trucks will be on our side. d. Diesel is included in the amount mentioned for equipments. If you also wish to provide the diesel on your account, there will be no problem with us. Operation and Maintenance (O&M) consists of Tower light, Generator Set, Welding Machine and Cutting Set. In case you wish to provide us the mentioned O&M, you can easily strike that out of our expenses. In case you still have some questions and clarifications, please do not hesitate to inform us.
