4 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
OBJECTIVE:
1. To study the preference of the customers towards the SBI retail internet banking (RINB). 2. To know extent of awareness of retail internet banking (RINB). 3. To study the needs and expectation of customers of (RINB).

SAMPLING UNIT:
The sampling unit consisted of retail customers of SBI in Bharuch city (I) using RINB and (II) not using RINB.

SAMPLING METHOD:
The sampling method followed is non-probability, convenience sampling.

SAMPLE SIZE:
100 Respondents were approached.

RESEARCH DESIGN:
Descriptive research design has been used in this study.

RESEARCH INSTRUMENT:
The detailed structured questionnaire fulfilling the objective of the research was prepared for purpose of survey. The questionnaire includes both close ended and open ended questions.

DATA COLLECTION METHOD:

Primary data is collected since survey method is followed. Secondary data has been used for literature review and preparing questionnaire. Information was collected from different websites.
