Behavior Plan

Verbal Warning:
Student is made aware of the distraction and has a chance to take steps to fix it.

Written Warning:
Student is required to get a parent signature stating the behavioral problem and return it the next day for file.

Student/ Teacher Conference: Student is


required to meet after school to discuss issues and consequences moving forward.

Counselor: Student, parent,


and teacher will meet with the counselor to discuss strict action plan. Goals need to be met by a specific date or we move to final behavioral step.

Principal: Student, Parent,


Teacher, and Counselor, will meet with the principal to figure out further action. Positive Reinforcement: Verbal positive
reinforcement both loudly and openly so the class can lead by example. Also, provide positive feedback on assignments and essays. Praise a student for their good work/efforts.
