Behavior Management Plan

I will have hard copies to pass out to students on

the first day of the school, have their parents
sign them, and bring them back to me. I will
also have the behavior management plan posted
on the wall of the classroom to easily refer back
to it.

For students misbehaving in class, the following actions

will be used. For some severe misbehaviors, some actions
will be used immediately.

Verbal warning and teacher-student

conference.
Phone contact with
parent/guardian.
Conference with parent/guardian
and counselor/dean.
Dean referral.
For continuous positive behaviors in
class, students will be provided with
Positive verbal feedback.
A note home recognizing the positive
behavior.

Parents, please go over this with your student

and sign and return.
